Product Description

Rope wick isis poi

Hand made in Australia using a high Kevlar to fibreglass ratio Kevlar specifically designed for longer life and good burn time, these fire poi have well weighted heads as well as doubled up px3 weighted nicely to clean up even the messiest of isolations or throws within your routine.  Combined with 6mm thick high heat resistant technora tethers to give you ease of use.

Using a thick 10mm dia rope wick weaved in the isis knot pattern doubled back with nothing but a strong stainless pin through the center as hardware, these heads hold a good amount of fuel and will give an even larger length burn time.  Aswell as that the Kevlar has been specifically ordered to a high 80% kevlar rate which is alot more kevlar content than most others around meaning longer life from the kevlar and less prone to damage.

We have done away with the old chain link and gone with the new 6mm high heat resistance Technora tethers.  All tethers have been spliced to perfection and bummel locked both sides, safe, light, secure and strong, giving you that contact poi/practice poi feel even when in use on fire.

Doubling up the px3 allows for a well weighted handle suited for a style of spinning that allows for throws of all types.  Combined with the well weighted heads and almost weightless tethers, these poi feel almost like contact daytime poi.  Meaning what you learn in practice with your daytime poi will be easily transferred over to your fire props.

Hardware includes stainless steel D-links and the option for swivels.  All hardware is stainless steel to eliminate the chance of rusting.  Swivels are optional for if you wish to do the old hyperloop. 😉
